Is the dialer TCPA-compliant?
The dialer is human-initiated by design: your rep presses one button per call, every time. There's no autodialer, no predictive dialing, no ATDS — the pattern regulators flag simply doesn't exist in the product. Local-presence caller IDs and voicemail drops stay inside that same one-tap flow.
Which countries can I call and text?

Where do the phone numbers come from?
Every workspace gets its own dedicated numbers, provisioned in-app on our carrier infrastructure — never shared with another customer. We register your business for A2P 10DLC texting, and handle warm-up, health monitoring, and rotation when a number's reputation degrades.
How does the AI receptionist work?
It answers your inbound lines with a natural voice, qualifies the caller against your script, books meetings directly into your team's calendars, and logs a transcript + summary on the lead. You control the greeting, questions, and hand-off rules.
Can I replace Cal.com with LeadTracker AI?
